Our mission is to help shelter dogs stay in their new homes by guiding families through the rough spots and giving you the tools to understand your dog’s needs, communicate clearly, and help them fit seamlessly and stress-free into daily life and stay confidently in their new forever home.
Many newly adopted shelter dogs struggle with fear, overexcitement, confusion, or difficulty adjusting to their new home and we’re here to help.
❤️ Who This Program Is For
- Adopted shelter or rescue dog who's been in your home for at least 90 days.
- Families who need guidance to help their dog adjust
- Families who are experiencing mild to moderate challenges such as: Fearfulness or anxiety, Overexcitement of difficulty settling, Pulling on leash, Barking on walks, Trouble focusing, Difficulty relaxing in new environments.
- Families struggling with potty training
Eligibility Requirements

✔ Your dog must have been in your home for at least 90 days
This ensures we are working with their true behavior, not the temporary “honeymoon period.”
✔ Your dog must be adopted
The adoption could be from a shelter rescue organization or private rehoming. Just mention it in the form.
✔ You must be willing to follow training guidance
Success depends on participation and consistency at home
Cases That May Not Be a Fit
Some behavior issues require more in-depth or specialized support.
We may not be able to accept:

Severe aggression toward humans

Intra-household dog fighting

Serious resource guarding
However, please still fill out the application.
We will review your situation and let you know whether:

You may be a fit after all,

We can offer partial guidance, or
-
We should refer you to someone better suited for your dog’s needs.
